How do I connect Apple Health?

Open the app and go to Profile > Health Settings. Toggle on the data sources you'd like to sync. You'll be prompted to grant HealthKit permissions.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

The app isn't syncing my health data

Make sure HealthKit permissions are enabled in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > State AI. Then verify the relevant toggles are on in the app's Health Settings.
